Welcome Fall by enjoying a grounding yoga class amidst the plants and relaxed vibe at Fern.  Anne Taft, instructor at MBS Pilates & Yoga in Downers Grove, will guide you through mindful breathing and postures to stabilize, strengthen and stretch the body.  After our restorative final pose, enjoy the connection with community while browsing the shop and selecting any 4” plant of your choice! Please bring your own mat and any props you like to use.
